## Issue: My Documentation Isn’t Generating Correctly

### Possible Causes:

- Incorrect file format or unsupported link type.
- AI not able to parse the content properly.

### Solution:

1. **Check Input Format**: Ensure your file is in one of the supported formats (.md, .txt, .docx, .json, .yaml, .yml, .zip) and is under the 10MB limit.
2. **Use Clear Descriptions**: If using a website link or prompt, make sure it’s well-structured and provides enough context for the AI to understand.
3. **Try Re-generating**: Click on the **"Generate"** button again to see if the AI produces a better draft based on your input.

## Issue: The AI Draft Doesn’t Reflect My Product Properly

### Possible Causes:

- Lack of detailed input.
- The AI may not fully understand the context of your product.

### Solution:

1. **Provide More Detail**: Try to input a detailed description of your product or feature in the prompt.
2. **Check Your Source Links**: If you provided a website link, ensure that the page is not too generic. A product page or feature list is more helpful.
