### Cree un nuevo Zap de Archbee y seleccione un evento

### Haga clic en "Connect a new account" o seleccione una cuenta existente

### Zapier abrirá una ventana emergente donde deberá agregar `apiKey` y `docSpaceId`

Para obtener una `apiKey`, debe ir a Archbee, seleccionar su docSpace, hacer clic en settings, seleccionar la pestaña api keys y hacer clic en **Generar clave de API.**

Para obtener un `docSpaceId` puede ir a document info y copiar el doc space id

Ahora puede regresar a zapier, al Zap de Archbee y agregar una acción Zap; en este ejemplo usaré Slack para enviar un mensaje a un canal.

Ahora haga clic y seleccione los campos de documento de Archbee que desee agregar a su notificación de mensaje de Slack

Ahora cada vez que se agrega un documento en Archbee, recibiré una notificación de Slack desde Zapier en el canal de Slack seleccionado. Un último paso, en su caso, no olvide publicar el Zap de Archbee.
