What is RealDesk AI?

RealDesk AI is an end-to-end real estate brokerage management platform. It’s primarily intended for real-estate brokers, their staff, and their agents. It offers a comprehensive set of features like transactional and document management, financial management, entity management, reporting, etc. It’s almost like an ERP system but for a very specific niche vertical. 

What was the problem you were facing before Archbee?

Our platform has a set of tasks and flows that people do all the time and there’s a long tail of features that are important but aren’t used very often. It can be difficult from a training perspective and a knowledge perspective for users to master these kinds of things. We were looking to come up with documentation that was lightweight and easy to use but also gave us the ability to reduce the amount of in-person training, and the number of support calls that people need to make by providing them something that’s easy to access and easy to use.

Why Archbee over the alternatives?

We were looking to create a variety of different channels because different users learn differently. Some are OK with reading documentation, others want videos and guided tours. One of the other platforms that we are working on integrating into this help stack is Navattic. Whenever I find a good platform I look to see what other platforms they use for other technology they work with. Novattic uses Archbee and that was what led me directly to Archbee.

Once I got into it, I liked the user interface - really easy to use. 

We wanted to have certain pieces only accessible with a password and others directly available from our website. Archbee allows us to do that. Having a custom domain was really nice too. 

There was also an enticing price point compared to the alternatives, so quite a few things. 

What were some results you’ve seen?

The feedback from our customers has been really good. It’s a clean interface and easy to use. The documentation is directly accessible from our website. As the person who puts together most of our documentation, it’s been very easy to organize it in terms of the different spaces. It’s also easy to move things around if I change my mind. I like that I can have certain pages within a space that are not visible to the public.

We’re quite happy with Archbee and we look forward to doing a lot more with it and creating a lot more content.
